We will exchange any physical merchandise that is damaged during shipping or is deemed defective, or if we have shipped you the wrong product, quantity, or size, as a result of our error. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. So if you need to return an item, please contact Ben using the link on the top of this page.
The Return Process
In order to return a product to us, you need to call during business hours and request a Return number (RN-?). Once received, the RN number must then be clearly marked on the outside of the package you intend to return. Packages without an RN number will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns. Your credit/debit card will be credited or a replacement product will be sent out once we receive and inspect the product. Most credit/debit card companies will credit your account within 48 hours, but in some cases it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit is posted, Thank-You.
